Tabletop roleplaying games are collaborative storytelling experiences where a group of people takes on characters, faces challenges together, and makes decisions that shape the outcome. You might know them as Dungeons and Dragons. At their core, they are exercises in communication, trust, creative problem-solving, and teamwork under pressure.

Play does something to people that a workshop never quite manages.

When you step into a story and take on a role, the corporate armor comes off naturally. People get a little silly, a little more themselves, and that is when real connection actually happens.

At Quest & Co we take that framework and bring it into a workplace setting. Your team takes on roles in a story designed around your goals, works through challenges that require genuine collaboration, and comes out the other side having learned something real about how they operate together.

It is facilitated, purposeful and a lot more fun than anything involving a whiteboard.

No prior experience needed. Sessions are designed for groups of 3 to 6, because that is the sweet spot where everyone has a meaningful role, the story actually needs all of you, and the facilitator can make sure no one gets lost in the background.

Sessions require no physical activity and are suitable for wheelchair users. You are playing a character in a story, not presenting to a room. Everyone gets to show up in their own way.
